Mark Duggan

Mark Duggan (mallets & percussion) has been performing and recording with The Caliban Quartet since 1996. Mark is a versatile percussionist and composer who is comfortable in many styles including world music, jazz and classical. He performs with such groups as New Music Concerts, the Canadian Opera Company Orchestra and the Toronto Symphony. His jazz group, Vuja Dé, has been nominated for a  Juno and he is a founding member of the Evergreen Club Gamelan Ensemble, an unusual group featuring new music written for the traditional Indonesian gamelan.
